customer is responsible for payment of electricity used. This is calculated from the difference in
the meter reading on arrival and departure. You will be told the cents per unit rate on arrival. For
example 1 months stay during high usage period, would be approximately 60 Euros (at time of
writing) when using the heating in winter or A/C in the height if summer.

- A 'Security Deposit' of 180 Euro (350 Euro for long let) for property #1 and 500 Euro (long
let only) for property #2 must be paid when booking. This is a separate payment to your
booking fee and is returnable on completion of your stay subject to our conditions. - Payment is made through 'Paypal' using a credit/debit card or 'Paypal' account
- (If you have one) you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay but may be
required to temporarily sign up for one it's free and very secure!
- There are no specific change over days. However we will need time in between customers to
prepare the property, So dates may appear to be booked on the end of your stay but you will
NOT be charged for them. - Minimum stay for short let is 5 days in Property #1. Minimum stay for long let is 21 days. in
property #1 & 30 days in property # 2. - Departure times- Check in and out at your convenience within reason (to aid us in preparing
the property between guests, please provide proposed arrival/departure times and
confirmation of flights). - The accommodation can be booked all year round subject to availability.
