- Rates are in GB Pounds per day, please follow link for exchange rates.
- A Returnable deposit of £150 (£300 for long let) must be paid when booking.
- Payment is made through 'Paypal' using a credit/debit card or 'Paypal' account
(If you have one) you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay.
- There are no specific change over days.
- There is no minimum or maximum number of days you can stay (except long let minimum 21).
- departure times- Check in and out at your convenience within reason (to aid us in preparing the property
between guests, please provide proposed arrival/departure times and confirmation of flights).
- The accommodation can be booked all year round subject to availability.
- To book please proceed as follows:
1. Please click on link to view the calendar (this opens in a separate window). When you have finished please close
the separate window, ignore the link to 'Return to property details' as this calendar is provided by an
advertising agency site.
2. Go to the 'Short' or 'long' let section below. Click the 'Add To Cart' button for the deposit this will take you
to the shopping cart to confirm you have added the deposit. Click to 'continue shopping' this will bring you back to
this page.
3. Select the period and rate for 'short' or 'long' let in the table below, or 'Special Offer' if applicable.
4. Click the 'Add To Cart' button next to your preferred period.
5. Back at the shopping cart enter the amount of days (or weeks for specials) in the 'Quantity' box and click
'Update Basket'
6. Once you are happy proceed to checkout. On completion of payment you will be returned to our site and our
enquiry page to fill in the form with proposed arrival times/date and departure times/date.
7. You will receive confirmation of payment via e-mail.
8. Approximately two weeks prior to arrival we will e-mail you with directions and any further information you
may need.
9. If you make a mistake or change your mind don't worry just check the 'remove' box and 'Update cart'. Then
return to this page to start over.
10. Or if you prefer not to book on line, contact us with your requirements and we will make alternative
arrangements. On line booking is preferred as it offers both parties security and piece of mind.
