Posted 05/12/08 - New rates for 2009 are now in effect however booking early
allows you to book at this years prices saving £7 per night !
Please book before the end of January to take advantage of this offer. We will
refund the difference when we return you deposit on completion of your stay.
Posted 07/12/08 - New rates for 2009 are now posted on the website this may
seem like quite a hike in the prices, however we did pitch the original rates way
below the norm in order to attract customers for our first year. The new prices
now reflect a more realistic cost and cover us for the increases made to taxes etc
in the village but still represent excellent value for money.
Hopefully we will not need to increase the prices for a while now.
Our thanks to everyone who has commented on the property (all good so far) and
thanks to those customers who have already expressed an interest in re-booking
next year despite the increase in cost.
