Q. Do you accept credit cards ?

A. Yes, bookings are made through 'Paypal' who accept most major credit
cards. You do not have to join 'Paypal' to pay.

Q. What am I paying for, are there any extra charges to look out for?

A. The price you see, is the price you pay.
You pay for the accommodation per night, not per person per night. The only
extra is the returnable deposit, which is clearly indicated on the 'Rates And
Availability' page.

Q. How remote is the village that the property is in? If I need say, medical
attention what do I do?

A. The village is approximately 30-35 minutes drive from the City of Limassol.
So although we promote this as 'an away from it all holiday', you are not
entirely cut off.
A pre-paid mobile phone is provided, along with the welcome pack which contains
detailed information for your stay, and relevant emergency numbers should you
need them. We are also only a few minutes away if assistance is needed.

Q. This is my first time in Cyprus, will I be able to find the Village and the
Accommodation?

A. You should have no problem finding the village and we expect the average
person to arrive at the accommodation within 45 -60 minutes of leaving Larnaca
Airport, and about 60 - 90 minutes after leaving Paphos Airport, subject to
stopping and enjoying the scenery of course!
A comprehensive set of instructions will be e-mailed to you once your booking
has been confirmed and of course we are only a phone call away.

Q. Will my mobile phone work in Cyprus?

A. This depends on your service provider and can be very expensive in some
cases. The mobile phone provided in the accommodation has a small pre-paid
charge on it (around £5).

This is intended for emergency use and for contacting us should you need
assistance during your stay you may also contact relatives to let them know you
have arrived safely.
However you are welcome to use it for personal use as long as you 'Top up' the
talk time at your own expense should you wish to make personal calls, as this is
fairly cheap using the 'Cytamobile' system, and information about this is
provided in the a useful information pack on your arrival.

Q. Can I use my Camera/Phone Charger?

A. This depends on where you are traveling from. The electricity supply in
Cyprus is 220-240v at 50hz. All the sockets are to UK type three (Square)
pin plugs. If you are coming from an area that uses 110v please bring an
adaptor or purchase one locally.

Q. Is the water safe to drink?

A. Yes the water is safe to drink (to the best of our knowledge) however you
may prefer the taste of bottled water which is very cheap in Cyprus especially
compared to the U.K.
